Arapkir’s Flat

4 Levent, Istanbul, 1998

This project was the first collaboration between Miné and Melih Arapkir, in order to build a design portfolio for CADRO’s potential customers. The interesting part of the project was the roles of the collaborators; Miné was the interior and product designer, Arapkir was the client, the owner of the flat, and the producer.

The three-bedroom flat was designed so that each square meter of the 84 m2 flat was used to the fullest, therefore all the furniture was specifically designed for this project.
